The third time was a charm as Kate Meredith, GLAS Education president and director, launched the test run of GLAS’ first light pollution sensor on Nov 17.

The Geneva Lake Dark Sky Initiative is a broad-based community movement committed to raising awareness about light pollution in the Geneva Lake area. The Initiative is designed to educate about the adverse effects of light pollution and its simple solutions. We can see the stars more vibrantly by implementing sustainable and intelligent light sources in the Geneva Lake area.
